We use multiple photographs of your home on our property particulars and website, and our software automatically uploads your property to all the websites we subscribe to.

As well as having a guaranteed display feature in our window at all times, full details of your home will be e-mailed to our extensive database of buyers, alongside postal mailings using full colour particulars.

Our negotiators will also telephone potential buyers to give a more detailed insight to your property and to encourage them to view.

We will call you after every viewing of your home with feedback of the viewers' comments - good or bad! This will be followed up in writing, or by e-mail, as part of a regular report detailing our activity in the marketing of your home.

Once you have a buyer in place, our dedicated aftersales team will keep you up-to-date with progress reports on the sale of your home, right up to exchange of contracts.
